Las Alitas (Wings) is the English as a Second Language (ESL) class. Instructor, Libby Rodriguez, is an experienced and effective teacher who has taught English with the local Hispanic and Vietnamese communities for years. Students who have taken ESL with her attest to the level of confidence that they have while speaking English. Truly, they have acquired "wings"!
